Elles r\u00e9unissent cette ann\u00e9e pour les phases de plaidoirie <span style=\"color: #800000;\">pr\u00e8s de <strong>360 \u00e9quipes<\/strong> <em>(plus de 2.000 \u00e9tudiants venant de facult\u00e9s de droit les plus reconnues, telles que Yale, McGill University, King\u2019s College London ou encore University of Auckland)<\/em>, qui proviennent de <strong>75 pays diff\u00e9rents<\/strong>, notamment des facult\u00e9s de droit d&rsquo;Europe, d&rsquo;Asie et d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord<\/span>.<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"row \"><div class=\"wpv-grid grid-1-1  wpv-first-level first extended animation-from-left animated-active\" style=\"padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:0px\" id=\"wpv-column-8b4d119a6c2028d2b8839b7e94f925a9\" ><div class=\"extended-column-inner\"><div class=\"sep\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"row \"><div class=\"wpv-grid grid-3-4  first unextended\" style=\"padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:0px\" id=\"wpv-column-00da948509443d570ba982ec9df9dd18\" ><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Competing in the Willem C. Vis Moot offered not only the chance to compete alongside 2000 other students, but also provided the opportunity to gain insight into the field of international arbitration and to network with over 900 lawyers, law professors and other arbitration practitioners in attendance, who were not only present to judge the competition, but also to provide general advice for students interested in international commercial arbitration\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/h3>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Les \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris-Descartes\u00a0doivent en particulier subir 2 phases cruciales : d&rsquo;une part, <span style=\"color: #800000;\">la <strong>r\u00e9daction de m\u00e9moires pour le demandeur et l&rsquo;intim\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><em>(d&rsquo;octobre \u00e0 janvier)<\/em> et, d&rsquo;autre part,<span style=\"color: #800000;\"> l&rsquo;<strong>argumentation orale\u00a0<\/strong>fond\u00e9e sur lesdits m\u00e9moires.<\/span> Ils devront <strong>affronter<\/strong> par la suite un <strong>certain nombre d\u2019\u00e9quipes concurrentes lors des plaidoiries<\/strong>, \u00e0 Vienne, au cours de la semaine avant P\u00e2ques.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Les \u00e9quipes ont \u00e9galement l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 de <strong>nombreux pre-moots<\/strong> <em>(entra\u00eenements aux plaidoiries)<\/em>, notamment \u00e0 Paris, Bruxelles ou encore \u00e0 Lazareff Le Bars.
